Persuasion kryptonite and the power of silence

Persuasive power of silence or the kryptonite for salespeople: If there were a kryptonite for those who need to persuaded daily on a one to one basis that would be silence. There is a saying that “silence is golden” and nowhere else is that truer than in the persuasion process. Most salespeople who have to deal with silence get weak results just from no words coming from a client or perspective client because they do not know how to deal with it.

[embedplusvideo height=”388″ width=”640″ standard=”http://www.youtube.com/v/z47BopTEgJk?fs=1” vars=”ytid=z47BopTEgJk&width=640&height=388&start=&stop=&rs=w&hd=0&autoplay=0&react=1&chapters=&notes=” id=”ep7980″ /]

The fear alone from the silence costs persuaders and companies plenty of money every day of the year.

Now you may think that silence on the part of a buyer or purchaser is a bad think but you may want to rethink that situation for a few moments. Buyers sometimes need silence to make their decision and your constant talking is stopping them from thinking, even worse it may show a lack of confidence in your product or service. The stall in thinking causes the buyer to now think about a few things and if you could step inside their mind you would probably hear:

“why is that guy or girl talking still I just need a second to work out the finances in my head”  and then “you know who talks too much, my cousin Jimmy and you know who will give me grief for getting this super charged widget Jimmy’s dad Steve now I don’t want to deal with Steve so how do I get out of buying this widget I will say I wanna think about it”.

Silence in the persuasive process one on one can be your best friend if you know how to set up the situation correctly. Maybe you learned covert hypnosis and or the ability to lead to the decision through the use of presuppositions and found how productive you could be from being silent.

Silence as a negotiation strategy

Do you really want to see how good a persuader is? You will know by how they deal with their own silence or the silence of the person or the people they need to get to make a change, write a check or to get an answer. You can literally use silence to negotiate on your behalf. The next time that you go to buy something after the number of the product or the service is rolled out just be quite for about 20 – 30 seconds and the seller or rookie persuader will find their kryptonite and will start dropping their price or start giving things away as a way to squash the silence.

Most sales people don’t realize how the silence can be their friend and how much pressure it puts on their buyer, people being persuaded or even a group. In general people don’t know how to deal with a quiet pause for as little as 15 seconds.

Persuasion home work:

So you want to get people to your way of thinking? As a simple strategy the next time that you are asked a question just pause for a second or two and see what the reaction is by the person who is asking the question. You may see them get frustrated, annoyed, complaint or even surprised that you didn’t automatically react to the question or the request. Over time you will be able to wait longer between answering questions or even be able to become silent longer after asking a question.

A word of caution, you will want to use silence in low value conversations that do not matter not for items or conversations that matter. When someone asks you where you want to go to lunch would be a low value conversation. Now on the other hand if a significant other asks if you love them and you have told them yes before pausing to answer will cause some interesting issues.

Be patient with others in the persuasion process to learn more and how to become more effective, for most people instant knowledge does not ever happen.

Learning how to influence others to get results takes good reliable knowledge:

How to sell more using NLP strategies

How to sell more using NLP: learning how to sell more can take you many places to learn and develop the ability to persuade others.

NLP was developed as a source of therapy for individuals but just about any source of therapy training can be used for more than what was intended including sales training. The great news is you can use NLP to help with your persuasion strategy.

How to sell more with this NLP technique

NLP is a way that you can build better rapport with others it could be defined as understanding and developing excellence but we will not be using the technical definition here. One of the items that has come in handy from the NLP field is that people gather information in 4 different ways:

 • ·         Visual
 • ·         Auditory
 • ·         Kinesthetic
 • ·         Digital

How to sell more using visual cues:

Visual people learn by seeing. The words that they use describe what they view. When working with a visual man or woman you could learn how to sell more using words that use visual traits.

How to sell more using auditory cues:

Auditory people hear the world around them. They may say things like I hear what you are saying. When communicating to a visual man or woman you would use “hearing words to describe what is going on.

How to sell more using kinesthetic cues:

Kinesthetic people learn by touch or feel and may use the words do you feel that or I can grasp what is going on.

How to sell more using digital cues:

Digital people are more of the technical like an engineer and search for the “understanding” of a situation or “consider” what is going on and do everything that they can to “make sense of” what is going on.

How to sell more utilizing NLP

Now from learning that people have a modality that they have as a dominate way of learning most sales training focuses on the main modality. So if a visual person were to learn from looking the focus is on saying or using visual ideas. Now this can be a challenge for the person because they still can learn from the auditory, kinesthetic and digital patterns.

So now what do you do?

You would combine and weave all four together and make sense of a situation better and create an easier path to persuade using NLP.

How to sell more using NLP descriptions:

Learning how to sell more using NLP can be done by combining what you have learned about how men and or women process their information to paint a rich picture across all 4 learning modalities.

Here is an example using visual, auditory, kinesthetic and digital. The words for each category will be in parenthesis and will go in order as listed previously. Using this pattern you may be able to influence others more precisely.

You will love the new super widget it is shiny when you (view)(visual) it and as you (listen)(auditory) to the movement you will get a (concrete feel)(kinesthetic) for how it words, as you (consider)(digital) this product (think)(digital) about what (touches you or gives you the feel)(kinesthetic) so that the idea (sounds good)(auditory) to you and you can (picture)(visual) yourself holding the new super widget.

NLP example of how to sell more:

The above example was looped so that there was not only one cross section of how people learn and feel but two, one forward and one back. Now you can use the NLP cues in any prder that you want just remember to paint the picture for you client and or buyer so that they can see what you have to offer, what you have to say about your product, how to get take it so that the product sits well with them so they can get a sense of what you do. Getting people involved mentally makes it easier to persuade them.

Learn to persuade others like it is a science:

Influence strategies when taught correctly can greatly increase your sales skills or even help you learn how to negotiate better. Learn from the best source right here.

As always I would like to thank you in advance for your comments and or questions about how to use NLP as a strategy to persuade others better.

Persuasive questioning mistakes

Persuasive questioning mistakes: when it comes to sales training especially the training that teaches persuasive questioning techniques there are a few items that are typically left out by the sales trainers.

One of the items overlooked soften is the vocal capabilities of the sales people.

Now this isn’t to say that this is the only item to keep an eye on but the pitch and tone does help the person that you are with to understand what you are asking or what you are saying.

Persuading others to your idea thoughts or beliefs is about them being comfortable not only with the idea but also with you.

One of the most uncomfortable things that you can do as a salesperson is to offend the person in front of you. There are times where the persuasive questioning becomes an interrogation and the sales call is no longer really cool really easy. The feeling in the room becomes intense and the person who is the perspective client may just shut down and decide to no longer work with the salesperson.

Persuasive questioning made easy

Imagine you were on the other side of the table. How would you like the questions to be asked by the salesperson, not just the questions but the tone of them. Would you want them to roll out smoothly or with aggression?

Now this all may sound a little silly but when sales people get frustrated or when they roll into a sales slump a common issue is how they discuss items with people and then they take what would normally be a persuasive questioning strategy or technique and turn it into something evil causing a bad reaction or total rejection to the idea.

Reasons to watch out for the persuasive questioning mistakes

 • ·         Slows down rejection
 • ·         Helps maintain sales numbers
 • ·         Keeps a presentation interesting

Sales slumps are normal and there are plenty of reasons why they can happen. Making a sales slump last longer than what is needed hurts and makes sales even tougher. Recognize what changes that you can make to your process to make your life easier and your sales increase faster.

Persuading others for a living can take its toll on salespeople. Another common issue is to get bored with the questions that are being asked and they seem like a pain to ask while rolling off the lips of the persuader, the potential client then feels like they are not appreciated and then they stop listening or interacting in a way that is productive to the meeting. Make sure that your presentation process is fun, informative and does its job of persuading others to your ideas or thoughts instead of pushing your potential client away because of how you ask the questions.

When you make it seem like you have not asked the same question a million times but also show comfort and confidence when asking the persuasive question you will have an easier chance on converting the potential client to a client.

Persuading others requires that you understand the fundamentals of influence, you can learn those here:

How to sell more make your client a hero

How to sell more make your client a hero: If you work for a business you are a salesperson you may have heard the term “make your client the hero”. This expression doesn’t help you if you don’t know how to help the situation.

Making your client the hero may be as easy as making the process or the buying situation easy for them.

One of the challenges for buyers of any product is that they do not want to look dumb or they do not want to do anything in the eyes of their peers that would cause them to look like they made a bad decision.

Salespeople can make their client the hero

If you are in sales one of the best ways to make your buyers look smart and ultimately look like a hero buy making your explanations easy to understand.

Now this idea of making your products or services easy to understand may cause you to believe that you are already doing this but chances are you are not making your explanations easy for a buyer to understand especially if you are in a technical industry.

The best explanations are the ones that are short and do not have a ton of technical terms. It is a good idea to remember that most people in the United States have less than a 8th grade reading and comprehension level and if you trigger the thought that makes them look dumb they may shut down and you would not even know why.

If you are explaining something and you lost the man or the woman they are not listening to what you are saying they are just hoping you will stop soon so that they can tell you “I wanna think about it” or “no”.

Ways to make your client the hero

You can make your client the hero by practicing the ways that you explain terms or ideas for you product or service to a few people who are not in your industry, if they have questions or concerns you will need to refine the script.

If you have some sort of brochure you would want to do the same thing, showing people from outside your industry what you have will answer so many questions of why someone chooses you over another person or not.

A huge thing to remember is that you are in your industry and have heard the terms and ideas probably a million times. The person who is new may have some “silly” or “dumb” questions that you get all day long. Part of your job is to answer those “silly” or “dumb” questions like it was the first time that you heard them. If you act put off by having to answer the same question over and over again you will have to leave civilization as you know it. Even if you go to work in a drive up window you would have to ask the same question over and over again and that would be “you want to upsize your meal for a quarter more”? Ok so you want to be a Rockstar? You would have to sing the same songs over and over again.

Remember make everything that you do with your clients and potential clients as easy as possible and they will repay you when they don’t have to look dumb by buying your product and or services.

One last thought if you think this idea is too simple. Chances are your competition doesn’t even take a look at this idea look at their product or literature in the same way. Just know if it’s complicated and not easy to understand you are miles ahead. Make your process really easy and you will be good to go by making your “client the hero” and they can make a good decision.

So you want to persuade and influence people better? You will need a understanding of how people think and you can get it here:

Persuasive power of really cool really easy

Persuasive power of really cool really easy: When salespeople deal with clients or potential clients it helps to keep in mind being on the other side of the table.

When was the last time that you wanted a difficult process or have to work through a hassle. Now this all sounds simple and may not sound like a persuasive sales tip or some earth shattering advice but it may just be for some people.

Now one of the best things that you can do is to record your sales process in video and do two things:

 • ·         Listen to your presentation and take notes as to what you think went well and what needs help
 • ·         Watch your presentation and look for items that may be out of order without the sound on.

Yes it may take some time to first listen to your presentation and then watch it without sound but what you will see and hear may change your mind about the way that you work on influencing others.

There is a saying that “persuasion happens in the silence” and that is only true when you set of the silence correctly.

The idea of really cool really easy

To explain the idea of really cool really easy you first will have to take a look at a half truth when it comes to sales training. You may have heard the saying “whoever has the highest energy in a meeting wins” but it isn’t over the top energy

When you put enough excitement in your presentation that is not over the top you have an easier chance of the people listening to you.. This persuasive power doesn’t happen with a canned script it happens with you being real and your realness does shine through but that is only the first part of the equation.

The second part of the equation is really easy. Making the sales process throughout from start to finish really cool really easy takes away some of the resistance. The key here is that not all of the resistance is taken away but some of it may just as well be enough to give you a better chance vs someone who is a competitor. When you can make your process seem like time has stopped and not what the potential clients are expecting it throws the buyer off guard enough for them to relax.

Before anyone buys anything they have a preconceived belief about how the experience is going to be. The potential client comes to the table believing one thing and every other wanna be persuader lets the potential client to live up to that expectation.

Just think for a second about how you would want your experience to be and make it like that for your buyer.

Really cool really easy is something that most salespeople forget because they are all caught up in trying to be perfect but that doesn’t allow the salesperson to be real and then the comfort goes away.

What if you are a persuader who isn’t in sales

You still have to opportunity to help the people that you meet and make the process for them really cool and really easy. You will see that people will react better and will be more willing to do what you ask instead of the resistance block being there in place.

Learn how to persuade others better and more effectively

How to sell more using persuasive power of negotiating

How to sell more using persuasive power of negotiating: Most objections lead to negotiation when it comes to sales. This becomes sales tip becomes more important the longer that a person would like to be in a sales career.

Sure there are plenty of books that you can read and courses that you can take but what if there was an easier way to learn the art of haggling?

If you want to be more effective why not watch people who have had to make deals for years on just about any type of property?   The reason that most sales people do not sale more product or service is because they don’t know the next step to keep them in the deal or because they don’t know how to effectively select discounts or items to throw in or take away.

The skill of selling more and negotiating better does take some time to learn in real life. Yes you can go to courses or you can watch shows like:

 • ·         Pawn Stars
 • ·         Hard Core Pawn
 • ·         American Pickers

Any of these cable shows can help you become more effective at bargaining or haggling for the sale or even to get your counterpart talking a little.

One of the items you will want to watch for is the body language of the buyer and the seller and even the phrases or questions that they use. Phrases in themselves are not all that magical but the words or the phrases that you pick up can keep you in the game for one more round. Frustration comes from not knowing the next step and some of the phrases used can help you in the future. If you hear or see something that you like keep a journal so that you can massage it into something you can use for your industry.

Remember most sales people stall out because they don’t know how to effectively implement getting to the next step. In most instances getting past the first objection is realizing that it may be time to see if the objection is about the numbers. Most sales people stop at “I wanna think about it” becasue they dont know the next step.

Knowing why people tell you that they want to think about it would reveal that some people just want a better deal but are afraid to ask and they salesguy or the salesgirl who offers the discount or something else to sweeten the deal through negotiation may just get it.

How to sell more by learning how to negotiate better

Learning how and when to talk is an art that can’t really be learned from reading about it is something that you have to do in real life but by watching shows that can help you see how to negotiate better you will learn a few things:

 • ·         The first offer is hardly ever the best offer, this is true for most services and or industries
 • ·         It usually goes three rounds or volleys to get to the meat of the negotiation before someone says yes or no
 • ·         Once an offer is made keep quiet and let the other person answer, some people just talk too much and don’t know when to stop and it costs them.
 • ·         Once you reach an agreement always “shake” on it, it gives an end to the negotiation and seals the deal for most people.

Negotiation and selling more works on hope

If you watch veteran product negotiators work with someone while they haggle they always put the seller in the hot seat when they are selling a product.

The question that they use is “how much were you hoping for”?

The word “hope” means that whatever is being asked for is not what number will be reached, it also says to the seller that they aren’t going to get what they wanted.

Now the question is how can you use that bit of information?

When someone wants a discount from you for your product or service you can ask them: “How much were you hoping for”? This is an effective line because it puts all of the pressure on them and it reveals their position.

Now the best way for all of this negotiating to work if you are selling or buying is to set a commitment to the possible discount or upgrade.

Understand that if you were to put sales into a mathematical formula it works out to be an if then statement.

If I do this for you, then will you buy it?

If X then Y.

Once the buying or selling question is asked it is best to let the other person answer the hoping for question.  Remember to get a commitment up front before they answer. “If I can get the number to $_____ we are doing business right”? is one way that this commitment can be addressed.

In all in order to persuade others to purchase your product or service you will have to learn how to work with others unless you are in an industry or have a service that doesn’t need negotiation even then it would be good for you to know the necessities to get better at working deals out.

In order to persuade others you must understand the science of influence:

How to sell more includes others

Persusaive selling skills are not enough to get out of a sales slump
Increase your sales with knowing what to say

How to sell: Many times when sales people are in a slump there are things that suffer in the business sense.

As a salesperson you have to deal with so many things:

 • ·         Internal office issues
 • ·         Competition with a lower price
 • ·         Product issues
 • ·         Service issues
 • ·         Salespeople who don’t like you from your company
 • ·         Internal mental issues

One of the biggest issues that you do not think about in a sales slump or when you need to make more sales is the person that you are in a relationship with.

So many times you as a salesperson forget that your daily issues become your nightly issues and that there are many things that you take out on the person that loves you.

 • ·         You may come home cranky
 • ·         You can snap at your significant other
 • ·         You can ignore the person that loves you the most

Most of all you forget to thank the person that you have a relationship with. This may mean you forget to thank the other person for the small things that add up and become valuable. Even worse many times when sales people face devastation or sales issue they forget one of the smallest but most important things and that is to to just say “Thank you for all that you have done for me” or even “I love you”

There is a natural progression with sales failure and that is to take an internal position where salespeople do not want to talk to others or deal with being in public. This issue does transfer to the people or persons that you have close relationships with.

The issues at work create a tense situation at home and then in turn the situations follow you back to work.

It seems like small thing to mention to your significant other you care about them or that you love them but this first step is skipped so often and overlooked as a way to help you get back into the swing of things.

It is almost like you need an in case of emergency list that would include:

 1. 1.      Slow down the sales process
 2. 2.      As more questions that get you to closer to yes
 3. 3.      Close your mouth more often
 4. 4.      Explain to the person who helps you the most that you care about them and thank them for that help that they give you.

Getting out of a sales slump is not always the easiest thing to do nor is it usually fun but if you know what you have to do to increase your sales it does make it easier.

Increasing sales in a slump can come from your relationship
How to increase sales and beat a sales slump

Not always will persuasive selling skills or abilities help you learn how to increase your sales but it doesn’t always help you know what to do when sales have issues. Just remember the person that is your significant other and give them the praise and thanks that they deserve.

How to sell or not to let sell

How to sell: There are some times where people who have been in the sales field have have not been able to perform should get out of the industry that they are in. In some instances it could be that the person is just not capable of selling in the industry or field and there are just some people who are not cut out for sales in general

Persuasive selling skills and abilities cannot be taught to everyone. There are some people who are not capable of learning or implementing how to sell. For these people sales should not be pursued at all and this type of salesperson can cause more harm than good:

 • ·         Confusion for your potential clients or existing clients
 • ·         Frustration for office staff or support people
 • ·         Difficulties with existing sales people who have to pick of the slack and also trying to help out someone who is not capable of being helped.

Sales failure does exist and for some people it should happen. Not everyone is meant to be in the sales field or meant to last.  For those people it is best to get them out as fast as possible since it does put a strain on the internals of the company and production.

This is a difficult decision to make to let someone go but there are some people who think that they can make sales but do not have the ability or capability. Sure this salesperson could have sold some products in another industry but that does not always translate into making sales in the same industry that you are in.

Some people can even sell you and get you to think that they can sell but actually can not. There will always be those people who can get past the first few interviews but in all realities they can not sell or perform the duties that are asked of them.

Now on the other end of the spectrum there are those who can be helped that may just need a few presentation tweaks or communication skill upgrades. For these aspiring sales people they can be worked with and their sales can be increased if they can be helped before full sales failure.

Many times this is caused by trying to peruse persuasive selling skills or techniques before the basics are learned.

Getting the salesperson on a regiment of role play or learning the necessary technical information is important to get past this point of sales disruption.

For a person who is new in sales it is important to keep them away from the person who is the bad seed of the negative person out in the sales group.

Change does take time and when working with a discouraged sales person it is best to explain that it takes some time to work with the sales issues that they are in the midst of.

As always I would like to thank you for your questions or comments in advance.

How to sell more by making people laugh

Learn how to sell more with humor
Having fun with a client can be a persusaive selling technique

How to sell: many times salespeople forget that they have a few things to do on their sales call and appointments. There could be a whole huge checklist of persuasive selling techniques to help influence others to their way of thinking to make more sales.

Sometimes the seriousness in the sales appointment makes the call in itself unbearable and lead to potetnial clients saying “no” or “I wanna think about it”. Making sure that the potential client or the people that are receiving your sales orientation or sales presentation are having a good time actually gives you a larger chance of closing the sale.

Just think back for a moment the last time that you have to buy a large ticket item and where you did not want to?

 • ·         Where you stressed out about it?
 • ·         Did you really want to purchase the item?
 • ·         Did the thought of sitting through a long appointment appeal to you in any way?
 • ·         Was it tough to choose brand or manufacturer?
 • ·         Did you want to have to worry if some salesperson was going to be called in to close on you, or even worse yet that they were going to be boring?

None of the previous specified items above sound like any fun, in fact many times potential clients or buyers will put off decisions just because they are scared about all of those reasons and then some. Those items could fall somewhere between going to the DMV or getting a root canal.

Increase your sales by having some fun with your cleints
Persuasive selling skills include having some fun!

Your new sales job if you choose to accept it is to make sure that the person or the people that you sit with have a good time and you make the appointment or the call as easy as possible for them.

Yes this sounds ridiculously easy, and yes it may be more work than it sounds like. When you go to those big adventure fun parks where a 16 oz. soda is 8 bucks, do you flinch or do you just say it’s part of the fun?

If it’s part of the fun, spending money is not only easy but it is fast.

Most people know that when they buy something it is going to cost them more than what they thought, they just dread the long boring presentation or sales overview and want it to end. This quick appointment is what leads them to go with your cheaper competitor because their attention span is short. Ok well that isn’t the only reason that they go with price alone, but that is for another day.

Getting the potential clients to laugh or have a good time with you does do some work in changing their emotional or physical state. It has been said that happy people are more optimistic and easier to sell and that is because they are not thinking of all of the bad things in fact they are thinking about all of the good things or how you remind them of a friend or relative. If you find yourself in this boat you can only lose the sale by being dumb. If they compare you to someone that they like you might as well be that person to them and they will just hand over money to you.

Persuasive sales abilities or techniques do not always include memorizing questions or stories sometimes they are as simple as making someone laugh.

There is a dark side or dangerous aspect of having some humor in a sales call and that is:

 • ·         Not all humor translates well to others
 • ·         Stay away from topics that could get you in trouble
 • ·         If you are too goofy the person or people will not trust you no matter how persuasive that you are, your will lose the abiltiy to persuade

Just remember that influencing others does take some time and effort. Learning how other people think is a good ability to have along with being able to make people laugh when appropriate. Sales failure comes from you as a persuader or influencer not knowing the keys to get into someone’s mind and not having them say “I wanna think about it”.

How to sell more: Just ask!

How to sell: Salespeople always have a list of things that they can do to increase their sales. Some of these items require persuasive sales skills and abilities, some of the salespeople could just learn from using basic selling techniques.

Learning how to increase your sales does require a few rules to be followed:

 • Ask the right questions pertaining to your industry
 • Get the commitment from the buyer or potential client
 • As for the order or give the next step when necessary

Sure there are more rules but those would have to be the most basic 3 sales rules to follow for success.

Increase your sales by asking for the business
Aske for the business = Make more sales now!

The focus right now is specifically on the last item asking for the order or even telling the potential client the next step in the sales process.

Too any times salespeople who even have persuasive selling skills or technique training will get all of the way to their presentation where they need to explain what to do next or ask in some fashion for the business and do not.

Learning how to sell means that this item of asking for the sale or explaining the next step must be followed every time that you meet with a potential client.

So you say “This is too basic and too simple to be an amazing sales lesson”

And your response would be “exactly, you are exactly right and wrong all at the same time”

Many times it is not the sales process, the presentation or orientation or even the product that did or did not make the sale or get the potential client to buy, the sale comes from the salesperson doing their job and that includes all the simple steps and that means asking for the business.

Everybody wants some magic sales recipe when it comes to increasing sales or skipping out of a sales slump. The secret sales recipe in sales comes from asking for the business. As simple as this step sounds it must be followed.

The truth is that most people are scared to make the wrong decision and if you give them an out or a way to not make a commitment most buyers will not just say “Give me your product I need it now”.

Your persuasive selling skills and abilities can only take you so far then there is work that you must perform on your own. Fortunately for you asking for the business is easy over time remembering the first time you do anything is normally difficult. The same goes for explaining the next step.

There is no secret script or set of magic words that need to be used it could be as simple as “which one do you want”? or even “when would delivery be better Tuesday or Wednesday”?

You would be amazed at how many times you do not ask for the business. That’s right you read that correctly if you are in sales and you are reading this there is a huge probability that you are not asking for the business or explaining the next step at the end.

Ok, so you don’t believe it?

Right now go and get a notecard or a post it note.

Write on the card “Did I ask for the business or explain the next step”?

If legal where you live post it on your rear view mirror in a place where you can still use your mirror effectively following all laws. When you get done with you sales call just take a quick glance at your reminder message.

If you did not make the sale chances are you forgot this step.

Salespeople can increase profits by asking for the business
Increase your profits by asking for the sale or bsuiness

Just remember its your job at ask for the business or explain the next step. Even if you have the best sales mentor, persuasive selling skills, swear you know how to sell, read every sales book, attended every sales and influence course you can think of and had the best sales trainers everything comes down to you making sure you perform the basic sales steps consistently.

Sales failure happens when you as a salesperson decide that you know everything or there are steps to a call that you do not have to follow.

As always I would like to thank you for your comments and or questions in advance.

Now go implement!
