		<description>A question Scott - using your example in the video of the restaurant manager asking how the meal is (and I agree with you about wanting to get him/her out of your face).  If I was asked for one thing that could have improved the meal, I might start to look for negatives, which could then influence my thinking after the meal, was it really that great?  Which obviously isn&#039;t what the manager wants.  Or is it just me that thinks that way? :-)
